2. What data we collect

• Advertising identifiers of the device (GAID/AAID/IDFA), IP address, language and regional settings, OS version and device model;
• Anonymous telemetry about game usage (launches, sessions, which screens were visited);
• Information about ad impressions and interactions (impressions, clicks, rewards);
• When contacting support — your email address and the content of your message.

3. Why we use this data

• to display and frequency-cap ads, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• to analyze and improve the stability and quality of the game;
• to comply with legal requirements and app store policies.

4. Legal basis and consent

For users in the EEA/UK, personalized ads are shown only with your consent (TCF v2). You can change your consent in the in-game settings/consent dialog when it appears, or disable ad personalization in your device settings.

5. Data sharing

We use third-party partners that process data on our behalf:

• Ad mediation platform Appodeal — see Appodeal Privacy Policy;
• Google (advertising identifiers and bidding technologies) — see How Google uses data in advertising;
• Yandex (Advertising Network / AppMetrica, if enabled) — see Yandex Privacy Policy.

These services only receive the data necessary for their operation and process it in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. International transfers

Data may be transferred to partner servers outside your country, applying Standard Contractual Clauses and other legally required safeguards.

7. Data retention

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes stated and is then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion of your data, as well as restriction of processing. To do so, contact us at cleverfun.developer@gmail.com. You can also:

• reset/limit the advertising identifier in your device settings;
• disable ad personalization in system settings (Android: “Ads” → “Opt out of personalization”, etc.).

9. Children

The game is not intended for children under 13 (or the age defined by your country’s law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this document from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with the updated date.
